Founder & Director
Ploy Phutpheng is the founder and creative director of ALVB Production. A French-Thai documentary photographer based in Bangkok, her work focuses on human-centered storytelling across Southeast Asia, exploring themes of social impact, identity and community.
Combining documentary sensitivity with strong creative direction, she leads visual productions ranging from field reportage and photo essays to corporate and institutional storytelling. Her work bridges the gap between authentic documentary narratives and high-end visual production, creating compelling imagery for international organizations, brands and institutions.
Her photography has been featured in international media and developed in collaboration with United Nations agencies, NGOs and cultural institutions. Through ALVB Production, she brings together multidisciplinary teams to craft visual narratives that resonate across cultures and audiences.
Kittiphong Boonprakhom
Operations manager
Kittiphong (Toey) is our polylingual artistic director, fluent in Thai, Lao, English and French. With a diverse background in casting and acting, he brings a dynamic creative perspective to our productions, helping guide visual direction while creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere on set.
Beyond the studio, Toey has collaborated with several United Nations agencies on visual storytelling and project coordination. With strong experience in field missions across Southeast Asia, he supports productions from logistics and on-the-ground coordination to photography, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to delivery, even in complex environments.
Lisa Halliwell
project coordinator
Lisa is the project coordinator at ALVB Production, primarily in charge of client relations and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience throughout each project. Self-taught and fluent in Thai and English, she brings strong experience in sales, client management and production coordination.
She works closely with creatives and suppliers, overseeing logistics, food and catering arrangements, and ensuring that every aspect of a production runs efficiently, whether on field assignments, conferences or exhibition setups.
In addition to her coordination role, Lisa also supports journalistic and documentary projects as a field fixer across Thailand, assisting international teams with local logistics, coordination and on-the-ground organization.
Raiwin Wantaveesub
Visual Producer
Raiwin (Golf) is a self-taught photographer, videographer and editor with a strong technical understanding of visual production. Specialized in lighting setups, camera equipment and on-set technical direction, he plays a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our productions.
Growing up surrounded by artistic environments and having previously worked in casting, Golf developed a natural sensitivity to visual storytelling and on-camera presence. Today, he combines his creative eye with technical expertise to support a wide range of projects, from documentary productions and field missions to commercial shoots and digital content creation.

Tanakarn Kitbamrung

Tanakarn (Dodo) is a Bangkok-based freelance videographer with extensive experience in wedding and commercial videography. Alongside his work in the wedding industry, he also collaborates on corporate productions and projects for organizations.
With a strong eye for storytelling and cinematic visuals, Tanakarn brings creativity and technical expertise to a wide range of productions, from intimate events to professional video projects.

Photographer
Tulika Kim is a photographer based between Bangkok and Washington, D.C., with a keen eye for the interplay of light and shadow. Her work captures the unique essence of each subject, transforming subtle details and everyday moments into striking visual narratives.
With a strong aesthetic sensibility, Tulika has a particular eye for fashion, studio portraits, events and product photography, bringing elegance and precision to each project. Her ability to balance creative direction with attention to detail allows her to create refined images across a wide range of visual productions.
